Next Steps with California's AB 3088

Assembly Bill 3088 is now under effect in the state of California. For every tenant who was unable to pay rent or only paid partial rent between March of 2020 and August 31st of 2020, AB 3088 contains specific provisions that allow you to now send notices to pay rent or quit. There are a ton of rules and hoops to jump through that must be followed correctly in order to make it work.
